The breakfast was amazing with really good variety. the swimming pool was excellent. i appreciated the complimentary hour of paddleboarding. We went to monkey island and back to coco beach. the staff were friendly and helpful. but the beach could use a cleanup of plastic trash.

The lighting in the rooms was poor. there were many mosquitoes.

I loved the free kayak use for an hour. It was nice. the breakfast was really good. I appreciated the variety. i requested a private dinner. it exceeded my hopes. the staff offered bag drop to the pier after checkout to save us the effort.

The music from the town bars was amplified. It went on until around 3 am. i could hear everything. sleeping was difficult.

The staff was excellent. they were very accommodating and met my needs. the staff offered to drop our bags at the pier after check-out. It saved us from carrying them around. they were helpful at all times.

The pool was big and fantastic. I really enjoyed it. there was a pool bar at the pool. the resort offered free one-hour hire of stand-up paddleboards. That was nice. the huts were charming and gave a tropical feeling.

the breakfast was good with a lot of variety offered.

i struggled to sleep most nights because music played loudly until 3 am. the bamboo huts lacked proper soundproofing, i could hear everything. i found the noise very disruptive and the earplugs provided didn't help much.
